When i draw or follow, should my bridge be centered and attack down or up on the cue ball or adjust my bridge either higher or lower and attack the cue ball higher or lower from (but in a stright line) from a centered bridge? A bit confuseing but hopefully someone understands my question and can give correct advise. Thanks

I could only pot 1 or 2 long shots before watching this training video. now after practicing this method for over a year for an hour every day on my American Brunswick table I can nearly pot 4 out of 20 every time. And I have even potted 5 out of 20 once .I am getting incredibly better thanks to this video.mant thanks

I’ve been playing pool relentlessly at pubs since I turned 18, it’s taken me nearly 6 years to consider myself a half decent player. And I still find myself watching stuff like this. Pools a tricky game once it becomes about strategy and not just pocketing the easiest ball.

Great video! I can tell you spent a lot of time making this. You got a little funny on that 7 ball though lol, we've all been there. This video reminds me of when Efren Reyes won a tournament when he came to the tournament without a cue and purchased one at the casino for $25. It is mostly the player, but after 25 years of playing, I also believe that certain cues hit more accurately when combined with each player's stroke, stance, bridge, etc. There really is no definite "this is the best cue for everyone". Great job on this video! thumbs up!

Very good video. Entering the world of side spin is a whole different animal. Can be frustrating when normal potted shots are missed but I guess one step back and two forward applies. As others have mentioned, I see a lot of videos that talk on how to use spin, but not many on why or when it’s most advantageous for certain shots or scenarios. Guess it’s pretty common sense of “I need the ball here where it would not go w/o the spin” but definitely a topic for a future video!

FYI, my very first cue I ever bought was a burgundy Viper in 1997. I think it was $60.00 at a sports shop. Still have it to this day, although I never played with it anymore. But back then it was straight as an arrow and hit like a ton of bricks. Used it in pool league and won countless games with it. Great cue actually for a beginner.

What a great video. I’ve always wondered how a cheap cue played in the hands of a pro. The new Cuetecs are so nice! I want one badly. I have Cuetecs from back in the day, (2002-2005) and I liked them ok, but these new ones with the carbon fiber shafts are a whole new world of preciseness. Thanks for this video!

Bro, it looks like you just rolled out of bed. Take a shower, get some sun on that unhealthy looking skin of yours and for God's sake, pick your table cover off the ground and put it somewhere out of camera range. Oh, and get a frickin' body mic. We can't even hear your Gen Z mumbling.

I have practiced the 9 ball break more than most have spend playing pool & did a statictical study on the 9 ball break in college. Then if you add in all the 9 ball breaks I’ve watched others hit it’s been in the millions. I was always amazed when the 9 rolled straight in to the left or right corner. What a sight and like what caused that. Lol. Good video. Cheers

Good tutorial. The extra distance from the jump cue is mostly because of the additional stiffness so less energy is lost from the cue bending and oscillating. You can see the blur from the cue moving in your slow mo shots, that’s where the energy is going, along with some to compressing the cue and tip. This is assuming cue mass is the same; more mass will obviously let you transfer more energy from the inertia.

Terrible shot.. Been playing one pocket for 30 years and have never shot it.. A half ball hit and laying the cue ball on the 1st diamond near your opponent’s pocket will leave all 3 balls lined up towards the up table pocket on your side, and you’ll more than likely get an offensive opportunity the next inning.. 2 things to remember here.. When you execute like Efren, there are no bad shots.. lol.. But regarding the shot, rarely will you need both balls in this situation, because it usually comes up after a ball is made in your hole and is followed in by the cue ball, meaning your opponent needs 2, and you only need one..

You hit the 3 ball too full off the10 and left the cue ball too close to the rail. If you got closer to the 14 the nine would have been easier. keep practicing you will improve. Best wishes.
